One day course (If you do not send a cheque for Ł305.50 with this application you will be invoiced for Ł317.25)

Two day course (If you do not send a cheque for Ł528.75 with this application you will be invoiced for Ł540.50)

An attendance list for the course will be compiled and you are invited to provide the following information to include in it:

Timetable cycle in weeks (One/Two)
Timetable cycle in periods (e.g. 50)
